Custom report designer

Use the Custom Report Designer window to design, save, and modify your custom reports.
To open the Custom Report Designer window, select
Reports
, then
Custom Reports
.

Fields & buttons

Other fields & buttons

Name
This field displays the name of the custom report highlighted in the Custom Reports pane. If you selected the
New
button to add a new custom report, enter the name you want for the new custom report in this field.
Module
This field lists the federal and state modules for which you are licensed.
Buttons / Tabs pane
This pane lists all available buttons and tabs in the main data-entry window.
Available Rows pane
This pane lists all rows available for the custom report for the tab selected in the Buttons / Tabs list.
Selected Rows pane
This pane lists all rows selected for the custom report in the order they’ll appear in the report. In addition, when you select the
User Selected
option and row attributes, this pane shows the selected rows as they’ll appear in the report.
Down Arrow
Select this button to move the row highlighted in the Selected Rows pane
down
1 position in the list order.
Up Arrow
Select this button to move the row highlighted in the Selected Rows pane
up
1 position in the list order.
Row Attributes
To customize the appearance of rows in the report, select the
User Selected
option and then select the checkboxes. A preview of the rows' attributes will be visible in the Selected Rows pane.
