QUICKFINDER 2024 shipping process
Internal use only
How Quickfinder ships
- TLR in Eagan ships all Quickfinder orders directly.
- We use UPS for all orders.
- If the shipping address is a PO Box or a rural area that cannot accept UPS, we use USPS instead.
- We use First Class USPS to ship QFTN and QLIP/QLBP products.
Shipping multiple products in one order
- If you order different Quickfinder Handbooks together, we ship each handbook separately.
- For example, if you purchase a Q40P and a QSBP, you may receive two separate shipments at different times.
Rush shipping charges
- We charge $30 per book for overnight shipping.
- We charge $20 per book for 2nd Day shipping.
- Include any special rush shipping requests in your replacement case.
Address changes
- You can request address changes up to one week before the related Quickfinder title ships.
- If you have questions about whether you can process an address change before a book ships, send your inquiry to Dena Holmes.
Processing address changes
- You must process all address changes through a Case.
- Assign the case to the Quickfinder Replacement Queue.
- If no one picks up and completes your case within one business day, send a note to your manager and Dena Holmes to escalate your case number.

Report Quickfinder issues and replacement policy

Reporting issues
- Review shipping dates before you enter a case regarding tracking a Quickfinder title to ensure we have shipped the product.
- Enter all case assignments in the QF Replacement Queue.
- If you request a rush replacement, Dena Holmes will handle your case directly. The queue will handle all other replacements.
Replacement policy
- Attach a photo to all cases involving damaged products. We will replace the book, but we need photos to help us improve our processes and to attach to your case.
- If you do not provide the correct information, we will deny your case and re-assign it to you.
Managing shipping and handling costs
- Don't offer overnight shipping for any replacement cases in order to keep costs down.
- To request any shipping option other than UPS Ground, include your request in the replacement case.
- If a situation requires 2-day shipping, Dena or Karen must approve it in advance.
- We prefer to use UPS Ground for replacements.
