Edit or delete ACH or credit card information for clients

  1. Select
    Setup
    then
    Clients
    .
  2. Go to the client and select
    Edit
    .
  3. On the
    Billing and A/R
    tab, select
    Manage Client Accounts
    .
  4. Sign in to your CS Payment account.
  5. To edit or delete a credit card for a client:
    1. Select the
      Credit Cards
      tab.
    2. Select the card, then
      Edit Account
      or
      Delete Account
      .
  6. To edit or delete a bank account for a client:
    1. Select the
      Bank Accounts
      tab.
    2. Select the account, then
      Edit Account
      or
      Delete Account
      .
  7. Sign out before closing the CS Payment window to exit securely.
