Hide staff billing rates in the Time and Expense Entry screen
If your firm prefers that staff don't see the standard rate at which their work is billed, you can remove the
Billing Rate
field from the Time and Expense Entry
screen.The ability for staff to view (and change) the billing rate in a time transaction is controlled by the security groups they are assigned to. To hide the
Billing Rate
field, clear the Override Rates
checkbox located in the Practice CS, Data, Time & Expense Data section of the tree.
