Retrieve a custom format graphic for an invoice or statement
Several custom invoice and statement formats available in the
Practice CS Library
include graphics you can include in your invoice and statement formats. These graphics include credit card images, 3-D and shaded boxes of various shapes and sizes, and other objects.Do the following to access and download the custom format graphics:
- Open thePractice CS Librarythen selectCustom Formats.
- SelectCustom Format graphics available here!.
- Right-click a graphic you'd like to include in your custom format then selectSave Picture As....
- In theSave Picturescreen that opens, select a folder in theSave in:dropdown.
- Change theFile nameif desired, then selectSave.
- You can now add this image to your custom format.
Internal use only
If the Practice CS Library portlet is down, users can access it by going to practicecsconnection.com.
This link is not readily available to users because the portlet is the preferred method, and because we don't want staff members who may have been blocked from viewing the portlet to have this link as a workaround.
