Edit multiple contacts

You'll need to use the
Contacts
page under
Manage Clients
to edit multiple contacts. This is different from editing clients, where you can use
Edit Multiple Clients
.

You need the Client Management module license to get to
Manage Clients
.
  1. Go to
    Actions
    , then
    Manage Clients
    .
  2. Select the
    Contacts
    tab and then sort, filter, or group the list of contacts.
  3. Select and hold the
    Ctrl
    key to select contacts out of order.
    note
    To select contacts in a row, select the 1st contact then select and hold the
    Shift
    key and select the last contact. All contacts from the first to the last are highlighted.
  4. Right-click on a highlighted contact and select
    Edit Selected Contacts
    .
  5. Choose an item to edit and enter a new value.
  6. Select add additional items to change additional items for the selected contacts.
  7. Select
    OK
    .
