Follow these steps to make the same edit or modification to multiple clients, contacts, or staff members at the same.
Select
Setup
, then
Clients
.
Select
Edit Multiple Clients
.
Select the information to edit, then
Next
.
Select the clients to edit. You can use
Select All
or double-click to select each individual client. You can also use the
Filter
field. Select
Next
.
Select the fields to edit from the dropdown, and specify the value you want to assign to the selected clients.
Review the expected output. Select
Finish
to complete the process.

Screens will vary slightly depending on the option selected in Step 3. Options regarding editing engagements may ask you to select from a list of engagements as well as clients.
