Manage and delete notes and other client interactions

Interactions in the Client Management module of Practice CS include notes, phone messages, and phone calls. You can manage these interactions from the Interactions tab of the Manage Clients screen.
To display client interactions in the Interactions portlet on the Client Dashboard, select the header of the Interactions portlet. This will go to the appropriate screen automatically.
Once in the Interactions tab of Manage Clients, you can double-click an interaction to edit it. To remove or delete an interaction, right-click it and select
Delete Selected Interactions
