Firm setup for file transfers

If you're licensed for the Client Management module and NetFirm CS, you can set up web portals for staff members and client contacts to share files with them securely.
note
The NetClient CS portal service is billed on a monthly basis.
Set up the application to create NetClient or NetStaff portals when you add new clients, prospects, or staff members using the following steps.
  1. Go to
    Setup
    ,
    Firm
    , then
    Preferences
    .
  2. Select the option to automatically create portals.
  3. On the
    Notifications
     tab, choose the
    File Transfer
     options to use.
