Staff portal setup

If you're licensed for the Client Management module and NetFirm CS, you can set up web portals for staff members and client contacts to share files with them securely
Follow these steps to set up a staff portal.
  1. Go to
    Setup
    , then
    Staff
    .
  2. In the
    Contact Info
    tab, enter the email address for your staff member.
  3. Choose a
    Portal
    to link this Practice CS contact.
  4. Select
    Actions
    then
    Add Portal
    if there isn't an existing NetStaff portal.
Your contact receives an email after you save. At this stage, the portal is
Unregistered
and can't be used for file transfers until the contact completes registration. You don't need to sign in to NetStaff CS to transfer files.
