Sync additional, standalone, and inactive contacts to Outlook
When you use a client filter to limit contacts syncing with Microsoft Outlook, extra and standalone contacts won't sync. Also, inactive clients without a left date will sync unless specifically filtered out.
To include all standalone or additional contacts and filter out inactive clients for contact synchronization, do the following:
- Set up a client filter that includesStatus / is / Active. Set the logic in the filter toMust match all criteria.
- On theContact Synchronizationscreen, set up a contact filter that includes the client filter you set up in step 1 plus another forType / is / Standalone. Set the logic in this filter toMust match one or more criteria.
