Track client interactions

Track and archive your firm's communications with clients, prospective clients, and other contacts in the Client Management module.
Interactions are communications between your firm and your contacts — clients, prospective clients, and others such as attorneys or vendors.
If your firm is licensed for the Client Management module, you can track these interactions in Practice CS to build an archive of firm communications and generate reports that analyze your interactions with contacts.
You can track the following types of interactions in Practice CS:
  • Miscellaneous notes entered by staff
  • Phone messages
  • Phone calls
  • Email messages
Practice CS associates each interaction with the relevant contact. You can then print reports grouped by client to analyze all of your firm's interactions with that client across multiple contacts.
For each type of interaction, you can also set up custom fields to capture additional information.
