Set up won reasons

Record why clients choose to do business with your firm, helping you measure the effectiveness of your marketing and client acquisition efforts.
On the
Won Reasons setup
screen, you can record the reasons clients decide to do business with your firm, such as “Comprehensive Services.”
Tracking this information helps your firm measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other client acquisition efforts.

You can access this screen only if your firm is licensed for the Client Management module.
To set up won reasons:
  1. Go to
    Setup
    Client Retention Descriptions
    Won Reasons
    .
  2. On the
    Won Reasons setup
    screen, select
    Add
    .
  3. In the
    Description
    field, enter a won reason, such as “Comprehensive Services.”
  4. Select
    Enter
    to save the won reason.
After you add won reasons, they become available for selection in the
Won Reason
field on the
Main
tab of the
Clients setup
screen.
