Add a watermark to a custom format

You can add a watermark to any custom format in Practice CS, including invoices, statements, reports, and letters.
note
A watermark is graphic image that displays in the background on 1 or more pages of a document. It's typically used to provide information about the source or type of the document and confirm its validity.
Follow these steps to add a watermark to a custom format:
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Custom Formats
    .
  2. Double-click the format you want to add a watermark to.
  3. Select the box in the upper left corner of the layout.

    then More
  5. Select the file you want for your watermark from the browse screen, then

  6. Select
    Alignment
, then the location of the watermark. You can choose from
    Center

    Top Right

    Bottom Left
    , and
    Bottom Right

    PrintOnPages
, then enter the page numbers you want to add the watermark to. Leave this blank if you want the watermark added to all pages.

    • Clip
