Rename a custom format

Follow these steps to rename a custom format.

Select Setup
, then Custom Formats
.

Double-click the format to open it in the layout editor.

Select Format
, then Format Wizard
.

Enter the name you want to assign to the format at Enter a description for this format
on the Main
tab of the Format Wizard.

Select Finish
.

To rename a standard report, you'll need to first make a copy of it and rename the copy:

Right-click the format you want to rename and select Copy
. This will create a new format named Copy of Formatname
.

Follow steps 2 through 5, selecting the copy you just created.
