Access data from outside Practice CS

Practice CS uses a Microsoft SQL Server Database to store program information. You can access this data using tools from Microsoft or other programs or utilities that are able to read Microsoft SQL databases. Access isn't restricted to Practice CS.
important
Thomson Reuters doesn’t support accessing the data from outside of the Practice CS program. However we acknowledge that there might be circumstances where this is needed. Our Support Team isn't trained in the database structure and therefore can't answer questions on how to extract specific information from the database. Also, any changes to the database structure aren't supported and could cause issues such as: loss of functionality, data integrity issues, and the inability to install program updates.
To view the Practice CS database schema, select the appropriate version and save the ZIP file to your local machine.
There is no 2020 schema. We recommend updating to Practice CS 2021.
