Changes aren't saved when accepting data sharing updates in Practice CS

Problem: When accepting data sharing changes from other CS Professional Suite products to Practice CS, the new information is not saved.
The staff member doesn’t have security access to edit this client.
  1. Go to
    Setup > Staff > Security
    tab to verify the Security Level assigned to the staff member.
  2. Go to
    Setup > Security Levels
    and select the group name from the list.
  3. Select the
    Edit
    button in the lower right-hand corner and mark the appropriate boxes to grant access to edit the necessary clients.
