Empty lookup list when printing to GoFileRoom

Scenario

The GoFileRoom Lookup list may not display properly when you try to print from Microsoft Office or Practice CS to GoFileRoom.
After selecting
Add to GoFileRoom
in Word, Excel, or
Output to GoFileRoom
in Practice CS, add the index information. When indexing the document, the GoFileRoom Lookup list comes up empty, and you can't find your clients.

Cause

This can occur because the GoFileRoom Add-in within Microsoft Office and Practice CS relies on a local registry setting that emulates Internet Explorer to access the add-in window used to sign in and select indexes.

Solution

To resolve this, you'll need to change the registry keys according to where the issue occurs.
