You get the following error when you try to send an email from the
email
portlet on the
Staff Dashboard
.
Outlook could not complete the operation that Practice CS requested on your behalf. Outlook is unavailable for this session of Practice CS. Please restart Practice CS to enable Outlook features. Could not retrieve IMessage: Interface not supported.
Insufficient permissions to the
Outlook
inbox cause this message.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Right-click the
    Inbox
    and select
    Properties
    .
  2. Go to the
    Permissions
    tab.
  3. Select
    Add
    , then select the user from the dropdown list.
  4. Change the permission level to
    Owner
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    .
