Error: Pending Restart Detected

While installing Practice CS, you may receive a
Pending Restart Detected
 message.
You'll get this error when the Practice CS installation detects that a previous operation required a restart that wasn't completed. Select from the following 3 options:
  1. Exit Setup and do not restart, I will restart my computer later.
    If you're unable to restart the computer at this time, select this option and the installation will immediately close. Restart the installation when it's possible to restart the computer with minimal disruption.
  2. Restart now. Setup will continue after your computer restarts.
    If you're able to restart the computer at this time, select this option and select
    Next
    .
  3. Continue without restarting (not recommended.)
    If this isn't an ideal time to restart the computer, but you want to continue the installation anyway, select this option and select
    Next
    . Note that if you select this, the installation might require a restart later, which you won’t be able to skip if you want to continue the installation, and might leave your installation in a partially completed state if you don’t let the computer restart at that time.

    If you restarted the computer before running the Practice CS installation, you can safely select this option.
