You may see this error when you add or save a new client.

Error message

System.OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown

This is caused by a problem creating a FileCabinet CS drawer for new clients entered.

Select Setup
, Firm
, and then
Preferences
.

lear the Automatically create Practice CS folders in FileCabinet CS for new Clients
option.

Select Enter
.

Create a new test client in Practice CS. Continue to the next step.

Open Setup
, then System Configuration
, and select File Locations
.

Make sure the FileCabinet CS Data Path
is valid and correct.

Select Setup
, Firm
, and then Preferences
.

Mark the Automatically create Practice CS folders in FileCabinet CS for new Clients
option.

Choose a valid FileCabinet CS Data Location
.

Select Enter
then create your new client in Practice CS.
