You might get this error when you open the

Generate Recurring Bills

screen in Practice CS.

System.Data.ConstraintException: Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraint

There is a recurring bill with a staff rate description greater than 30 characters.

Select Setup
, then Staff description rates
.

If any rate descriptions are longer than 30 characters, select Edit
and shorten the description.

Select Save
.

After you shorten the rate description, the change will automatically apply to all entries that include the description. Go back to the

Billing

screen and the

Generate Recurring Bills

tab will open.
