Follow these steps if the
GoFileRoom Index Mapping
isn't showing under the System Configuration
, GoFileRoom
page in Practice CS.note
In Practice CS, go to
Setup
, Firm
, Preferences
tab, then make sure the Integrate this Firm with other solutions
checkbox is marked.- The Firm needs to be on the most current version of Practice CS and the GoFileRoom Add-in needs to be installed.
- In Practice CS, selectSetup, thenSecurity Groups.
- Select a group from the list.noteDepending on which staff are having the issue, you may need to check multiple groups.
- SelectEdit.
- Go toPractice CS,Menu, and thenSetup Menu.
- SelectSystem Configuration, thenGoFileRoom.
- Mark theIndex Mapping.
