Do not provide the CS Payment account information to anyone other than the firm licensee.
If a firm calls asking for their CS Payment login:
  1. Does the firm use NetStaff? If so, try to walk the user through accessing the User Accounts report using the instructions under Forgot your username? > Retrieve your login using your NetStaff account.
  2. If the firm does not use NetStaff or the user does not have admin access in their NetStaff account, follow the steps below to look up the login.
Web Services reps:
You can look up a CS Payment account for a firm by logging into your "Bob" account. Follow the steps under "Forgot your username? > Retrieve your login using your NetStaff account" to access the User Accounts report. Then enter the firm ID in the Firm Override box to view the User Account report for the firm in question.
Non Web reps:
Find out if the firm has more than one CS Payment account. If they do, try to verify which account they are looking for. Bring the firm ID and any information you have about the CS Payment account to the Web Services Resolver. If there is no Web Resolver on duty, you can ask a Web Services Rep for help.
