Error: Item doesn't exist in Outlook

When opening Practice CS, you may receive the following error:
"Item does not exist in Outlook. An Outlook item has been moved or deleted, and can no longer be found by Outlook."
This error is usually caused by Practice CS attempting to access an Outlook calendar that is not public. If you receive this error, your IT professional will need to verify that the Outlook calendar you are attempting to share with Practice CS is Public and that the person receiving the error has the Outlook privileges to access it.
If the Outlook calendar is Public and accessible to the user receiving the error, review the Microsoft Office Guidelines for CS Professional Suite to confirm that Microsoft Office is configured according to our recommendations and that you are running a supported version of Microsoft Office.
