Practice CS: Login Screen for 'Microsoft LDAP Directory'
When opening Practice CS receiving a login screen for 'Microsoft LDAP Directory' with the following fields on a tab that called Connection for details: Server Name, Port, User Name, and Password.
This is an Outlook message and appearing because Practice CS is trying to open Outlook on that machine. Try to open Outlook separately from Practice CS, if you can get into Outlook try going to Help then Detect and Repair. If that does not help you will need to contact your email administrator for further troubleshooting.
