Backup and restore commands missing from the File menu
The
Backup
and Restore
commands are missing from the File
menu for two reasons:You aren't in the
Administrator
security group. Make sure the security group assigned to you has Practice CS > Menu > File Menu > Backup
and Practice CS > Menu > File Menu > Restore
permissions selected.You're using Virtual Office CS (VO) or Software as a Service (Saas). The system backs up automatically each evening. Contact Practice CS support to restore a database.

It may take up to 24 business hours to restore a database.
This also applies to other menu items as well. Check the permissions for your security group and make any relevant changes.
