Error: Shared Files were not Found

You may receive this error when trying to use Practice CS after a new installation or update:
Practice CS Shared Files were not Found.
This occurs because the
Practice CS Shared Files
weren't installed correctly or completely on the server. The
Shared Files
in the
Practice CS
and
Practice CS Data
folders are usually in the
WinCSI
folder. You set this location when you installed or updated the application.
To fix the error, uninstall and reinstall the files.
  1. At the server, go to the
    Control Panel
    .
  2. Select
    Add or Remove Programs
    or
    Programs and Features
    , depending on the version of Windows Server you're running.
  3. Find and remove
    Practice CS Shared Files
    . It is not necessary to remove
    Practice CS
    .
  4. Rerun the Practice CS installation from the file you downloaded from the Thomson Reuters website.
