Practice CS license time out
Firms who use Virtual Office (VO) and install local or network versions of Practice CS may get a time out error when you download licenses through CS Connect.
If you receive this error, contact Practice CS Support to install your license manually.
Internal use only
This happens because CS Connect is attempting to download DT Practice and Digita Practice licenses. This shouldn't be treated as an issue that will be resolved. Explain that this is the necessary process for VO firms installing Practice locally. Other CS applications aren't affected, so they should be able to download and install those licenses locally with no errors.
This doesn't affect Virtual Office installations of Practice CS. If a user logs in to Virtual Office and opens a program through their portal, they will never be asked to download or install their licenses.
