Internal Content
A query is available that will identify all affected projects and/or tasks.
important
This query is NOT a resolution. It is simply a report of the affected items. The firm will still need to use the steps above for each affected item and assign the items to staff one by one.
Support Rep
:- Set the correct expectation with the user. The standard turnaround time for queries is 1-2 business days. Again, once they get the report, they will be responsible for re-assigning the schedule items.
- Obtain a backup of the firm's database.
- See the Resolver for instructions on submitting the database.
Resolver
- Restore the database.
- In SQL Management Studio, run the query PCS-ScheduleEntryAndScheduleItemAssignmentMismatches-01.sql that can be found in the CF Queries folder.
- Return the output from the query to the rep.
