Change default phone number format

To access this window:

Go to

Setup
Firm
Preferences

tab.

Select a format from Default Phone Number Format
.

Select Enter
. The format you select will be applied when you add or edit a phone number.

If you select any default format other than None
, you'll be prompted to apply the format to existing phone numbers.

Select Yes
to update all previously entered phone numbers with the selected format.

Select No
to apply the default format only to new or edited phone numbers. Previously entered phone numbers won't change.
