Set up contact category groupings

To add a new contact category grouping, follow these steps.
  1. Go to
    Setup
    Groupings
    Contact Categories
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    .
  3. Enter an ID for the contact category in the
    ID
    field.
  4. Enter a description for the contact category in the
    Description
    . There is a limit of 30 characters.
  5. Select
    Enter
    to save your changes.

Categories you create are available in the
Contact Info
tab in the
Firm
,
Offices
,
Staff
, and
Clients
screens.
