Select staff members to display in the Firm or Staff Calendar

Choose which staff members appear in the Firm or Staff Calendar.
To select which staff to display in the Firm Calendar or Staff Calendar, follow these steps.
  1. Select
    Select Staff
    .
  2. Select the staff members you want to display, then
    Select
    .
  3. Select
    OK
    . The selected staff members now appear in the calendar or timeline.
  4. To remove a staff member from view, do 1 of the following:
    • elect
      Select Staff
      , select the staff member's name, then
      Remove
      .
    • Right-click the staff member's calendar in the timeline and select
      Remove Staff
      .
