Outlook Mail portlet - Client Dashboard

The
Outlook Mail
portlet on the
Client Dashboard
shows information and opens items in Outlook.
The looks in your inbox, sent items, and Outlook public folder and displays the following items for your selected client:
  • From and To information
  • Subject lines
Select a message to open it in Outlook.

You need to set up the contact record before email messages for a contact can appear in the
Outlook Mail
portlet. Make sure the contact meets this criteria:
  • The contact you'll need be the primary contact for the client.
  • In either the
    Name
    field or the
    File as
    field, the contact’s name you'll need exactly match the contact’s display name on the email messages you receive from the contact.
  • In the
    E-mail
    field, the email address you'll need match the address on the email messages you receive from the contact.
