You can find the Outlook Tasks
portlet on the Staff Dashboard

This portlet shows a list of your tasks from Outlook.

You can:

Select the title bar of this portlet to open your tasks in Outlook.

Select Create New Task
to open a new task window in Outlook.

Select an individual task to open that task in an Outlook window.
