Schedule Items portlet

The
Schedule Items
portlet is available on the
Staff
and
Client
dashboards.

This portlet is available only if you are licensed for the
Staff Management
module.
This portlet shows the schedule items assigned to the current staff member (
Staff Dashboard
) or for the selected client (
Client Dashboard
)
You can select a schedule item in the portlet to open the item. If you have security permissions to view the
Manage Staff
screen, you can select the title bar to jump to the
Schedule Items
tab of the
Manage Staff
screen.
Staff Dashboard only:
To request additional work, select the
Assign Next in Work Queue
button. The application will assign a to-do item, project, task, or scheduled phone call to the current staff member based on the staff qualifications set for the item. The application will assign the item with the earliest start date and highest priority first.
