Staff Availability portlet

The
Staff Availability
 portlet is available on the
Firm Dashboard
.
This portlet gives a summary of whether staff are currently signed in to Practice CS (indicated by a Green circle symbol in the left column) and what their availability is.
  • Select any row to jump to the
    Staff In/Out Board
     screen.
  • Select
    Show Options
     Two white down arrows to access the
    Search
     and
    Filter
     fields for narrowing down the list of staff displayed. Mark the
    Logged-in Staff Only
     checkbox to view only the currently signed-in staff member.
note
When you enable security rights for a portlet on the
Security Groups
 setup screen, Practice CS may also enable rights to view the data available in the portlet. Conversely, removing rights for viewing data may also remove rights for related portlets. Consult the
Privileges changed
 pane on the
Security Groups
 setup screen to see all user rights changes that are triggered by enabling access to a portlet.
For this portlet, if no rights are already enabled for the Menu, Setup, Staff, View security option, full rights will be enabled.
If your firm has multiple offices, we recommend that you consider rescinding rights to information for other offices.
