Update availability on Staff In/Out Board

You'll need security rights to change the availability of other staff members.
Use the
Update Availability
screen to change your availability status in the
Staff In/Out Board
.
  1. Select
    View
    , then
    Staff In/Out Board
    .
  2. Select
    Update Availability
    .
  3. If you need to update the status of another staff member, select their name from the
    Staff
    dropdown list.
  4. Select a status from the
    Availability
    dropdown list.
  5. Select a date for the
    Returning
    box and enter a time, if needed.
  6. Enter a
    Comment
    if needed.
  7. Select
    OK
    to save your changes.
