Print dashboard portlets
By default, portlets on a dashboard can't be printed. This is because dashboards were primarily intended for viewing data. Most portlets that are in a grid or columnar formats allow you to print the grid just as you can many main tabular screens.
To print a dashboard portlet that displays as a grid or table follow these steps.
- Go to the dashboard containing the portlet to print.
- Select the view where the portlet is.
- Right click anywhere in the portlet.
- SelectPrint Grid.A preview window showing the grid as it will be printed opens.
- Select the printer button to print the grid.
