Change the order of tasks in a project

You can change the order of the tasks by changing the order number.
note
  • Order Numbers don't need to be contiguous.
  • The tasks don't need to be listed by order number. The application will follow the order specified by the order numbers regardless of where they appear on the list of tasks.
  • Multiple tasks can have the same order number. Tasks are given the same order number when they can be worked on simultaneously and aren't dependent on one another.
  • Tasks don't need to be completed in the order specified by the order number. The order number is used only to determine which task is to be marked as ready to be worked on. If tasks are completed out of order, the uncompleted task with the lowest order number will be marked as ready.
