Edit multiple tasks

Follow these steps to update and edit information for multiple tasks at the same time.
note
If you're trying to update the status of tasks from completed to something else, you'll need to first update the status of the project to something other than completed.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Manage Projects
    .
  2. Select the
    Project Tasks
    tab.
  3. Select 2 or more tasks in the list, then right-click and select
    Edit Selected Tasks
    .
  4. Select the field to update from the first dropdown list.
  5. From the second dropdown list, select the new information for the field you selected.
    note
    If you need to update additional fields, select Add field to add the next available field. Select Remove field to remove the field.
  6. Select
    Finish
    to save your changes.
