Create a print profile

  1. Take one of the following steps, depending on the profile you want to create:
    • For report profiles, select
      File
      , then
      Print Reports
      .
    • For label and letter profiles, select
      File
      , then
      Print Labels & Letters
      .
  2. Select the items you want to include in the profile.
    tip
    You can also select profiles you have already created to add to a new profile.
  3. On the
    Selection
    and
    Layout
    tabs, choose print options for the selected items.
  4. Select
    Profiles
    .
  5. Enter a name (up to 30 characters) for the profile in the
    Description
    field.
  6. To change the print order, drag the items to reorder them.
    note
    If the reports, labels, or letters in the list are part of an existing profile, you can only reorder them within the profile.
  7. Select
    Add
    to save the profile.
