Define a text prompt for standard text

Use the

Define Text Prompt

window to enter variable text for standard text items.

In the

Detail Billing

screen, select the Compose
tab.

Select the field where you want to insert standard text.

Select Insert Standard Text
from the toolbar.

Select the standard text item from the dropdown list, then OK
.

In the

Define Text Prompt

window, select the Text
field.

Enter the text to appear in place of the variable text.
