The Invoice Journal report includes a list of invoices and their components (such as invoice number, date, amount, surcharges, and taxes) you've entered for a date range. This report also shows unapproved and unposted invoices.
View and print the Invoice Journal report
You can use either of the following methods:

When you use the
Review
tab to open the Invoice Journal report, the report includes only the information shown on the
Review
tab.
When you open the
Invoice Journal
from the
File
menu, standard print options (such as date range and groupings) are available.
Use the
Journal
dropdown list to select any custom report based on the Invoice Journal report and set options for this report
Security permissions for reports
When you enable security permissions for a report on the
Security Groups setup
screen, Practice CS may also give access to view the data available on the report. Also, when you remove the permission to view data, Practice CS may also remove access to related reports.
Go to the
Privileges changed
pane on the
Security Groups setup screen
to check which permission changes Practice CS has made after you enable access to a report.
For this report, if you've not enabled permissions for the
Menu, Setup Menu, Clients, View
security option, Practice CS will enable full access to it.
If your firm has multiple offices, you may want to remove permissions to information for other offices.
