Print all client information

To view and print a client and all related contact information in Practice CS, go to
Manage Clients
and the
Contact List report
. You can also group and link contacts for viewing with
Contacts Custom Fields
.

Manage Clients

You'll need to be licensed for the Client Management Module.
  1. Go to
    Actions
    , then
    Manage Clients
    .
  2. Select the
    Clients
    tab.
  3. Find the client you would like to review and select
    +
    to expand the contact information.
  4. You can double-click on any contact tied to that client.
  5. You can go to the
    Contacts
    tab and double-click on any
    Client Contact
    .

Contact List Report

  1. Go to
    File
    ,
    Print Reports
    , then
    Lists
    .
  2. Use the
    Contacts report
    to access a detailed
    Contact listing report
    .
  3. On this report, you can filter by
    Contact Type
    to search for
    Standalone Contacts only
    .

To group related contacts together,
Detail
the
Contacts report
by
Contact
and print to Microsoft Excel. In Excel, sort on
Associations
to place Contacts tied together on the list.

Contacts Custom Field

If you've set up a custom field for
Contacts
, you can group and link contacts together for reporting.
