Staff security access to Report Profiles
There is no security option in Practice CS to restrict access to Report Profiles. This means that you're not able to restrict staff access to view, delete, update, or add Report Profiles.
The Report Profiles shown to staff depends on which reports they have access to. The following table shows the access staff would have for a specific profile, not the access staff would have to report profiles overall.
