Adding portals while sending or requesting files

You can add a permanent or temporary portal to a contact when sending or receiving a file from a contact.
  1. Perform the steps to send a file to a contact or request a file from a contact
  2. Select
    Send
    . If there isn't a portal assigned to the client, the application prompts you to find or add a portal.
  3. To add a permanent portal, select
    Add a portal for Practice CS
    .
  4. To add a temporary portal, select
    Add a temporary portal for Practice CS

The application sends an email message to the contact with a link to register the portal and information for signing in.
