Change preferred contacts or billing contacts

You can edit the designated preferred contact or billing contact for a client.
To change the designated preferred contact or billing contact for a client, follow these steps.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Clients
    , then select the
    Contact Info
    tab.
  2. Select
    Edit
    .
  3. Select the down arrow for the contact you want to change either
    Preferred
    or
    Billing
    .
  4. Select the contact from the list of contacts using
    Search
    or the
    Filter
    field to narrow the list.
  5. Select
    Enter
    to save your changes.

  • You can also right-click a contact and select
    Preferred Contact
    or
    Billing Contact
    to assign that role to the contact. Selecting a role already assigned to the contact will remove the contact from that role.
  • You can edit the preferred and billing contacts of multiple clients at once by selecting the
    Edit multiple Clients
    link on the
    Clients setup
    screen and then selecting the
    Change Client information
    option.
