Check your spelling

Use the Spelling window to check and correct text in the
Comment
or
Biller Note
field.
Use the Spelling window to review and correct text entered in a
Comment
or
Biller Note
field.
  1. Enter your text in the field provided.
  2. If necessary, select the
    Comment
    button to open the
    Comment
    or
    Biller Note
    window.
  3. Select the
    Check Spelling
    button.
  4. If the application finds misspelled words, review the word in the
    Not in Dictionary
    pane and the suggested spellings in the
    Suggestions
    pane.
    To handle each misspelled word, select one of the following buttons:
    • Ignore Once
      to skip the first instance of the word.
    • Ignore All
      to skip all instances of the word.
    • Add to Dictionary
      to add the word to your custom dictionary.
    • Change
      to replace the current instance with the selected suggestion.
    • Change All
      to replace all instances with the selected suggestion.
Your text is checked for spelling, and any selected corrections are applied.

  • To change an item that you corrected, ignored, or added to the dictionary, select the
    Undo
    button.
  • To refine your spell checker, select the
    Options
    button. In the Spelling Options window, select the types of words to include or ignore.
