The Insert Variable Date feature lets you add reusable date variables to standard text and other fields so dates update automatically without requiring manual edits.
Overview
Use the Insert Variable Date window to add dates to standard text items without updating those items periodically. This feature is useful when you want the application to insert a date value automatically.
For example, you can add a variable year-end date to a text item, and the application inserts the year automatically.
